I charge a Planning Fee that varies depending on the trip's length and complexity. I will discuss the exact fee during your complimentary consultation call, where I can learn more about your travel desires and tailor a perfect itinerary.

3. How much should I budget for my vacation?Depending on location and travel preferences costs will vary; for a rough estimate start by using $500 per person/per day (excluding airfare). Remember, this is just an estimate. The actual cost of your vacation will depend on your specific destination, needs, and preferences.

4. Can my trip itinerary be itemized?I work closely with trusted partners to design one-of-a-kind travel experiences. These experiences are completely customized to your interests and travel style. Since each trip is unique, pricing is proprietary and cannot be broken down.

5. What is the best way to communicate during this process?During the planning process, email communication is best. This allows me to keep track of anything that is discussed. While you are traveling, time zones may make it difficult to answer immediately, you will often have your local partners listed in your documents that will be readily available to help with any issues that may arise.

6. Do you recommend travel insurance?Travel insurance for all trips is highly recommended. After your trip deposit has been submitted, I will provide you with a quote.
